The foundation for each has been poured and framing has commenced! These are on track to be completed by the end of this year.

The road at Trailside Townes is paved and the connector to the American Tobacco Trail has been cleared! We are in the midst of finalizing documents and will be taking contracts soon.

Paving of Selby Avenue, which will be the main road in the community, is well underway. The installation of underground utilities is complete.

Construction has officially begun for Trailside Townes! Clearing and grading is well underway and underground utilities are currently being installed. The next phase will be the paving of Selby Road and is scheduled to start on June 1. Follow along on our blog for more updates to come!
